Madison Carnaval will be kicked off on Saturday, February 22, in the balcony and on-stage at High Noon Saloon.
The lineup features performances from Handphibians, Forro fo Sho, Grupo Balança, Samba Novistas, Drum Power, Capoeira Martial Arts and Dave Irwin and Helen Avakian.
